What's going on at Angry Bytes HQ

ABC Interactive boosts voting for Junior Songfestival with QR Code feature

During the live national finale of the Junior Songfestival, viewers at home could vote for their favourite act, just like in previous years. Our ABC Interactive platform handled the voting process for AVROTROS. This year, fans could also vote by scanning a QR code that appeared on the screen, leading to an increase in votes compared to last year!

The vocal group Stay Tuned received the most votes and will represent the Netherlands at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Madrid.

Six brand new interactive episodes of Moordfeest on SBS6

After the considerable success of the first episode of the new television show "Moordfeest" last year, there will now be six brand new episodes during which viewers at home can participate!

ABC Interactive will once again enhance the excitement for viewers at home by allowing them to actively participate by searching for hints and answering questions to collect as many points as possible. The viewer who has collected the most points and identified the correct murderer the fastest will have a chance to win the prize of 10,000 euros! During Moordfeest, the six participating celebrities will also try to solve the fictional murder, with a new theme and location each week.

Live voting during Belgian TV program 'Het Grote Debat'

This week, Europe will be voting again! Because it is often considered difficult to form an opinion on such overwhelming topics, and political parties want to inform voters in a low-threshold way about their stance on various issues, many countries are hosting live debates. The Belgian TV channel VTM organised a live debate involving the public at home and in the studio during ‘the Great Debate’ by VTM Nieuws.

This way anyone can experience the fun even after the show has ended. The interactive quiz is accessible for viewing and participation on various devices such as phones, tablets, and PCs.

NH Media is one of the largest regional and local news providers in the Netherlands. Through their primary brands NH Nieuws and AT5, they cater to audiences with daily radio, television, and web content. At the core of NH Media's dynamic news production lies ABC Manager.
